Loi M. Chang-Stroman, MD
Loi M. Chang-Stroman, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. He completed his medical education at Howard University College of Medicine. Upon graduating, he received his training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and completed his residency in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Chang-Stroman received his Board Certification through the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1991.
Jeffrey McDevitt, MD
Jeffrey McDevitt, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Hawaii. He later went on to study at the University of Colorado Medical Center where he graduated in 1971. Following his graduation, Dr. McDevitt did his internship at Queen’s Hospital.
Since 1972, Dr. McDevitt has been practicing Family and Sports Medicine.

Leon Hyman, M.D. graduated from the University of Michigan in 1959. Upon graduating he did an internship and residency at the Sinan Hospital Detroit and participated in a Fellowship at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Hyman is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy.
Joy A. McElroy, M.D. attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Following her degree, she trained at Brown University-Miriam Hospital, the Mayo Clinic in Rochester and participated in a Surgery Internship and Dermatology Fellowship.
Dr. McElroy is Board Certified through the American Academy of Dermatology.
